Fintech's Incredible Work Culture and Benefits Honored by Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces

Tampa, FL – April 16, 2015 – Fintech has been selected by the Tampa Bay Times as one of the 2015 Top Workplaces. This is the second consecutive year in which Fintech has been nominated by its employees, who highlighted Fintech’s exciting growth and one-of-a-kind work culture when surveyed about the practices and policies.

The leader in providing electronic data and payments to more than 2,300 distributors and 325,000 customer relationships across the alcohol industry, Fintech is a vibrant, fast growing technology company dedicated to creating a unique and collaborative work environment. A place where passion and fun are encouraged, Fintech provides employees an incredible benefits package that is an integral part of why Fintech is a top place to work. These benefits include 100% company paid medical insurance for employees and dependent children, a dollar-for-dollar 401k match program, a “jeans-friendly” atmosphere, incentive compensation, company lunches, weekends at the beach, quarterly massages, and more.

To accommodate the rapid growth of the company and further promote a motivating office culture, Fintech is moving their operation to a state-of-the-art facility with approximately 30,000 square feet of space. The new office will feature an open floor plan with grass walls, collaboration spaces and a wellness area for yoga classes and lounging, and a gymnasium and on site café (with Starbucks!).

Fintech’s CEO, Scott Riley said “Being recognized for our outstanding work culture is one of the most meaningful honors we can receive. Our people are our family and we strive to provide the best benefits and work environment for employees.”

Fintech was honored among distinguished companies such as Grow Financial, GrayRobinson, Florida Hospital, T-Mobile, Beck Group and Franklin Templeton. Companies were ranked based on leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility and diversity.
